Cancellation Policy
All event bookings at Moonbrook Manor require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Weddings & Corporate Events The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as your date and preparation time are reserved exclusively for you. Private Parties & Small Events For private gatherings, house concerts, and creative events, the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that Moonbrook Manor must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, power outage, or emergencies), clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We understand that plans can change and will always make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. Please contact us directly for cancellation and re-scheduling requests.
