The husband-and-wife team behind Moonbrook’s operations and production magic.
Stephanie oversees all venue coordination and day-to-day operations, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from first inquiry to final toast. With over 30 years of experience in stage, sound, and lighting through IATSE Local 471, Dave brings both technical mastery and musical artistry to the manor — drawing from a career that has included international touring productions and work with the National Arts Centre. From perfecting event setups to performing as a professional guitarist, Dave and Stephanie blend organization, artistry, and atmosphere to make every Moonbrook event unforgettable.
